Tip #1 - Your first impression is often the best, a good first impression could

property, if they kept it clean and tidy chances are they will do the same in
your property
Tip #6 - Presentation – if they are not presentable
how do you think they live

relevant today; always ask for 100 points of identification
Tip #10 - Tenancy data base searches/credit history
